How is your data encrypted?

We always use encryption for data transfer in and out of the cluster. We employ AES 256 keys managed in Azure Key Vault Service for data at rest and strictly use TLS v1.2 and higher for all data in transit using HTTPS (including HSTS). All outside communication is strictly encrypted in motion.

How do we secure your data within our company?

We follow access management protocols and restrictions based on a need-to-know principle. All our employees and contractors are bound by non-disclosure agreements, are trained in the field of personal data protection, and are required to follow internal data protection policies.

How do we dispose of redundant data?

Unless agreed differently, we may retain some documents uploaded by customers to be used for further artificial intelligence research, and development and training of our machine learning models, for at most 10 years from their upload.

How is user access to the data handled?

All processed data is stored with ownership information and is available only to specific users explicitly permitted to access the data. Authentication to our application is login-password based. We enforce minimum password length and complexity. Passwords are hashed, so they are unrecoverable.

Personal Data We Collect

We may collect information that directly identifies you. This may include your name, email address, and contact number. In addition, through our mobile app, we collect geolocation information for the vehicles through the app in the background.

How Do We Use Your Data?

We will use your personal data only for the purposes for which we collect it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason that is compatible with the original purpose.

Purpose: Register you as a user on our app using your Gmail and you will be verified with Google Sign in and for WhatsApp functionalities and communication.
